The most important item to have in you closet for fall and winter is a COZY SWEATER, and we have the perfect one for you!  This sweater is so thick that you are guaranteed to be shiver free.  It's a perfect sweater to wear anywhere, from snuggling up next to the fireplace for going out on the town.  It's fly and funtional, what more do you need?!

Sometimes fall can seem like a drab season with all the brown, tan and earthy toned clothing.  So it's up to you to to stand out from the crowd with color!  It's always okay to wear neon if you wear it with style.  Try these hot pink leggings and pair them with this thick sweater to stay bright and warm during this chilly season!

The weather is losing heat, but your style doesn’t have to!  Stay trendy and warm with HATS!  Especially these fly&flashy sequined hats.  They come in cute basic colors to match any outfit and they can be worn in many different ways to personalize your diva-style.

Being a bombshell is all the rage!  And what other way to get the look than with the following:  red, black, leopard print and (vegan friendly) “leather.” I can’t think of anything sexier than this red, leopard print, body con mini-dress, can you?  Throw on this bomber jacket and scarf to stay as hot as you look!  Pair with some fishnets and all your missing is a motorcycle and some scruffy tattooed dudes hitting on you.

Meet Our NEWEST Bunny

Emily S. Peak grew up in Colonie, NY and has some way or another been a budding fashion freak since day one. She started cutting her own hair and wearing her own stylish creations since the first time she learned to put her pants on one leg at a time. For years now she has been involved in Some Girls boutique in one way or another. She started out getting her feet wet with Upstate Magazine, dabbling with beauty school and constantly working retail while trying to figure out exactly where she felt the most comfortable. Over the years Emily has been working tirelessly on her own line of fabulous, positive and inspiring tee shirts and apparel for men and woman. With the new vision growing inside her and many sleepless nights, she found her way back to Some Girls boutique to join Margaret Partyka’s team of move makin’ bunnies!

Fun Facts…
-Emily is a whopping 5ft1!
-Loves Chihuahuas
-Big Fan of Action sports
-Big fan of hip hop
-Love Food! (has never broke 100lbs) hahaha.

Sunday we had our “I can’t not go apple picking” shoot at Indian Ladder Farms in Altamont. Mother nature helped us out and gave us a GORGEOUS day to take pictures. With the sun on our side and the help of our stylist Cory Nardin from Ando Inc. and photographers Charlie and Gina Slyer from ASlyerImage Photogroaphy, we were able to take some awesome photos. The pics will be up soon, but here's a little sneak preview!

Buying Bunnies!

Friday morning we had a showing of the BEAUTIFUL Jessica Simpson dress line! All of us interns got to come and see what the buying aspect of the business is like. The line was a bit pricey for Some Girls and it is being sold in Macy's, so it was an easy decision to decide not to carry it. We would still love to see other clothing lines, especially the ones that will set us apart from department stores. But, it was still awesome to see how the buying process is done (and of course we loved getting a sneak peek of whats going to be in this spring!)
